Name: Everander (AKA Ever, Andy) Divinity[/quote]
Age:17
Appearance: Everander is tall, and although he looks rather slim, he's strong. His height is just under six feet; 5'10 to be exact. His lean muscle isn't all that noticable, but his less than classy way of dress is. Clothing choice is mainly comfortable, and he hardly worries about getting dirty throughout the day. His shirts are either tees or collared somethings that he throws on. A simple belt and a pair of jeans usually do the trick for him. Although just because he grew up on a ranch doesn't mean he likes cowboy hats... they're rather silly in his opinion.
He's a pretty calm soul, but you know when he's having a good time. His grin is rather unnerving, and even his pokemon have to get used to. Ever's eyes are brown and his hair black. His hair is usually a bit messy; and always looked like the wind blew a few wisps out of place. Obviously, he wears glasses; and his vision isn't very good without them.
Personality: Everander is a simple guy. He's a pokemon lover. No pokemon is better than another; with a bit of training and a lot of love they're all strong in their own way. Whether it's their nature, their stats or their upbringing depends on the pokemon. He never judges anyone immediately, prefering to get to know them before he marks them off or dislikes them. That includes both pokemon and people.
Although he isn't perfect. Andy's easily annoyed by some. Clinging doesn't bother him; but nagging and acting like you're some kind of diva really drives him crazy. --his sister meets the qualifications for both of these--
He's pretty hard to truly impress; but it's easy to make the guy smile. Although you might regret it once he does. A grin that wide can't be natural. He's a bit of a shark though, and is a good barter when it comes to buying/selling. Everander likes being on his own, but doesn't mind if other people travel with him for a while. He's more a pokemon person than a people person... and he's a bit clausterphobic when it comes to crowds and tall buildings.
History: Everander's parents were both pokemon trainers, but it was a different kind of training. They trained pokemon for tasks other than battling. Races, Agility trials, Contests, you name it they could teach it to your pokemon. Their favorite pokemon to work with by nature were of course rapidash. The fiery horse pokemon were always a lot of help around the ranch. Everander loved the freedom of being away from the city; but also was a bit isolated. His only mean of communication with the outside world was through his sister Laycii. The woman is a few years older than him, and lives in a big city. She's a designer, and often asks her brother to come live with her in Celedon city. The city of lights when it comes to Kanto; the game corner expanding into a casino and the store stocking with new items from different regions every day.
Everander so far has told her no; he likes being in the company of pokemon and the big blue sky. Helping their parents out around the ranch. He likes doing things and getting his hands dirty... but he was young when she started baiting him. She fueled his passion to be a trainer, sending him pictures and postcards of strong pokemon and the trainers that lead them. Pictures of places more open and beautiful than even the quiet little town he lived in. It wasn't long before he wanted out of his quiet lifestyle. But he didn't move in with Laycii, as much as the young Divinity would have loved that.
He visited her when he first came to Kanto, but soon after he left; going to pallet town to get his first pokemon. She was upset, but he'd always been good at finding ways to defy her. Laycii gives him gifts and money --that she's received and doesn't want-- from time to time; but air mail is slow and it's the only way she can find him now that he's traveling.

Hisashi grinned, it worked! Ira had pulled it off perfectly; minimizing his damage and mazimizing the force put into his own attack. "That was perfect!" If you hit like that every time you'll be unbeatable~ The boy glanced at the pokemon he and his poke-partner were fighting. It was tiring out; in a couple of turns or so he'd be part of the team if Sashi did this right. His attack was lowered and Ira was more determined then ever. This battle was theirs!
On the other side of things Ira smirked, the quiet little pokemon swelling with a moment of pride. So he and his master worked well together? Well, maybe they'd make quite the team. He liked the feeling of relying on the advice of his trainer, knowing that if he took his advice --even if he had to put his own swing on things as they went along-- that they were a team that had the potential to be unbeatable. "Saur." He snorted at the Zigzagoon, dust puffing on the ground underneath him. You won't beatmeus. He seemed to say; not only boasting, but saying the same thing to himself. Bonds were being formed and trust peeking from the hard work and sweat put into this battle and battles to come. What both of them were growing in place of the unsurity of their first few hours together was confidence. Confidence that would probably need some tweaking along the way in case of big headedness later; but it was better than nothing. For a trainer and his first pokemon, these two weren't doing too bad.
"Ira, use tackle." Take him by surprise boy. He knew that the pokemon wasn't psychic; but he just knew that Ira wasn't the type of pokemon to do things the same way twice. He knew now that he was slower, but stronger than the other pokemon. He knew now that if he planted his feet just right he could shoot a tackle right back at a smaller pokemon. Ira simply nodded before bursting forward; the pokemon standing a few feet away from him quickly getting closer as he ran. If he was right, the pokemon would dodge his attack like the first time he went to tackle him; so he'd meet halfway at his counter. It was tricky, but the grass pokemon was determined, with an untrained sense of battle raging through his veins. With a plan in mind, all the pokemon could do now was charge.
