And was Oak ever right. The simple opinion he gave in an interview was all it took, seemingly, for a new evil to spring out of nowhere. And these aren't goons who simply steal and thieve, these aren't simple villains like Team Rocket. These are thugs who wouldn't think twice before telling their Nidoking to Megakick a man out of the way. They're ruthless, and it's terrifying.
They have no name. They've been referred to as, "Kaisha," by others, but they have no name. They're more than willing to stomp us out. Unless we stomp them out first.
